The first thing you’ll spot on the Brookwood is the big bay window at the front. It looks great and lets plenty of light into the lounge. On the larger, 35 and above models is even stretches all the way from the floor to the ceiling.

The Brookwood is made for entertaining. So, theres plenty of room in the cosy lounge to hang out with your friends and family. The fitted sofas have lots of room for people to sit, and leave lots of space for the kids to play on the floor. Or, if you’re having a quiet night in, there’s all the space you need to kick off your shoes and relax with a good book or a movie.

One of the great things about the Brookwood is how the kitchen, dining area and lounge all flow together. The staggered change from kitchen to diner to lounge makes it all feel like one big, friendly space. And in the kitchen itself you’ll find everything you need to cook up a tasty treat. There’s an integrated microwave, and a freestanding fridge freezer and cooker all as standard.

With all that space for entertaining you’d think something would have to give somewhere. But, you’ll still get a luxurious bedroom in the Brookwood. Complete with a king-size bed, plenty of storage space and a nice, soothing colour scheme, it’s a space in which to relax after a long day exploring.

The second bedroom makes great use of space too, with some clever integrated storage.

Railings has a capacity for 25 static caravans. At the moment, we have two available sites.

  • One site to suit a 32ft x 12ft static caravan
  • One site to suit a 28ft x 12ft static caravan

The Ground Rent for 2025 has been set at £2500.00, excluding services (Mains Electric, Water & Mains Drainage, Bottled Gas) which are billed seperately. Due to our smaller more intimate size Railings also falls under the VAT threshold, therefore our site owners pay NO VAT on their site rental.
